Meet your instructor!

Hi! I’m Sarah! I’m a certified speech-language pathologist with a deep passion for helping children grow their communication skills through play and meaningful connection.

I worked in the public school system from 2020-2024, and in 2025 I opened my private practice, Say It’s So Speech & Language Therapy, to bring child-led learning to families right inside their homes.

I’m also a wife and mama to two little girls (ages 2 and 4), which means I truly understand the ups and downs of early language development.

I can’t wait to sing, play, and learn with you and your little ones!

Have questions?

No! Happy Talk is great for children who are typically developing as well as those who may benefit from a little extra language exposure or support.
Classes are created and led by a certified speech-language pathologist. This ensures all activities are intentional and developmentally appropriate.
Yes! Happy Talk is a parent-child class. Caregivers actively participate, sing, play, and learn strategies to support language development during everyday routines.
That’s okay! Children are encouraged to engage at their own pace. Observing, moving around the room, or joining in for just a moment are all welcome and developmentally appropriate.
No. Happy Talk is not therapy and does not replace individual speech therapy services. It is an educational, supportive class designed to promote early language skills and caregiver confidence.
Just you and your child! All materials for music and sensory activities are provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
